You will receive your tickets at the email that you have provided within a maximum period of 3 hours from the moment you have placed the order. We recommend that you check your spam inbox and promoted messages as it may be there. If you have any questions or your email has not arrived, contact us at info@canarynation.com and we will solve it quickly.

Our system integrates the main payment methods, you can pay with your credit cards and also with Paypal in the safest way thanks to our system with high security technology.

The first thing you should do is select the activity or excursion you want to do, when you enter your file you can see photos of the activity, information and a calendar with availability.

1) You have to select the number and types of people you want to reserve.

2) Next, select the date on which you want to carry out the activity.

3) In some activities you may have to choose the time, under the days, select the one you prefer.

4) You will see the total cost of the reservation that you must pay and all the details about the activities that you have added to the cart. Click on Book Now and this will take you to the shopping cart.

5) You can continue buying other activities and this reservation will be stored in the shopping cart, you can access it from the menu.

6) When you have all the activities you want to book, go to the cart page and click on “Proceed to checkout”

7) Once here, you must provide your information to be able to send you the corresponding tickets. In this section you will see the total of all the activities that you are going to reserve and the price corresponding to each one.

Once you insert your contact information, choose the payment method, you can pay with Paypal or with the secure Stripe method, which allows you to pay by credit card, you can see more information about stripe in this link. If you want to pay with a credit card, click on “Credit Card” and insert the data of your card, we do not store this information and our platform meets the high security standards required by the European Union regulations.

After you have selected your payment method, you click on the check where you accept the terms and conditions.

Click on “Proceed to Paypal” or “Place Order” in the case of paying with a card.

In case of paying with paypal, we will connect with the paypal page so that you can make your payment, if it is with a card wait a few seconds until the payment is processed safely.

In maximum 1 minute, you will receive an email with the news about your order and in a maximum of 3 hours you will receive the corresponding tickets for your activities.

Yes, you can cancel your activity as long as the conditions of each activity allow it. You can see the conditions of each activity on each of the pages as well as their minimum period of notice to cancel it. Yes, as long as you give notice in advance we can find another date for your activity, you can send us an email to info@canarynation.com with your order number and the date you want to change and we will change it quickly.
